Questions, answered
How Long Does It Record?
Each clip records up to 10 minutes. For a full lash set you film a few clips back to back. Everything saves to the 8GB built into the headphones, so there is no memory card to buy.
How Do I Get The Videos On My Phone?
Open the companion app, connect to the headphones over WiFi and download your clips straight to your phone, ready to edit and post.
How Long Does The Battery Last?
Up to 12 hours of music on a charge. Filming uses more power than music, so on a busy day give it a top up between clients.
Will I Still Hear My Client?
Yes. They are open ear headphones, so nothing goes in your ears. You hear your music or a call and your client at the same time.
When Will It Arrive?
Free shipping on every order, with tracking on every parcel. Every order is packed to order, and your tracking number reaches you by email the moment it leaves us. If you need it by a particular day, email us before you order and we will tell you honestly whether it is likely to make it.
Is It A Good Gift?
It is the gift for any lash tech, from the girl just starting out to the salon owner. If you are buying it for someone else, we can leave the price off the packing slip. Just mention it in your order notes.
What If Something Goes Wrong?
Email us with your order number and a photo or short video. If it arrives damaged, will not turn on, or it is not the item you ordered, we replace it and you send nothing back. Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery to send it back unused at your own cost. Every LashCam carries a 12 month warranty.
