Privacy policy
Last updated 4 October 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how LashCam (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and shares your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from lashcam.shop (the “Site”).
Personal Information We Collect
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies installed on your device. As you browse, we collect information about the individual pages or products you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and how you interact with the Site. We refer to this as Device Information.
We collect Device Information using:
- Cookies, which are data files placed on your device that often include an anonymous unique identifier;
- Log files, which track actions on the Site and collect data including your IP address, browser type, internet service provider, the pages you arrive from and leave to, and date and time stamps;
- Web beacons, tags and pixels, which are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Site.
When you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase, we collect your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including card details or the details you provide to a wallet such as Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay), email address and phone number. If you email us before you buy, for example to ask which size or animal to choose, we also keep the details you share. We refer to this as Order Information.
When we say “Personal Information” in this policy, we mean both Device Information and Order Information.
How We Use Your Personal Information
We use Order Information to fulfil your order: to process your payment, arrange shipping, provide you with tracking, send invoices and order confirmations, and handle returns, replacement items, warranty claims, fit questions and support requests. We also use Order Information to screen orders for potential risk or fraud and, where you have asked us to, to send you marketing about our products and offers.
We use Device Information to screen for risk and fraud (in particular your IP address), and to understand and improve how customers use the Site, such as which products people look at and how our marketing performs.
Sharing Your Personal Information
We share your Personal Information with third parties who help us operate the store:
- Shopify, our ecommerce platform, which powers the Site. You can read Shopify's privacy policy at shopify.com/legal/privacy.
- Payment processors, such as Shopify Payments, who process your payment. We do not store your full card number.
- Our supplier and shipping partners, who need your name, shipping address and order details to pack and deliver your order, and customs authorities where required for international shipments.
- Analytics and advertising providers we use, which may include Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok, who help us understand traffic and show relevant ads.
- Apps installed on our store, such as our bundle, cart and email tools, which access order and customer data to perform their function.
We may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a lawful subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or otherwise to protect our rights.
We do not sell your personal information.
